Today was my first lower-body session. Sweet jesus, kill me now. The gym is on the second floor of the basketball stadium, and having to walk down those stairs nearly did me in. My legs were all shaky and they felt like jelly that had been set on fire. And the best part? The instructor said that my legs will feel their worst by Saturday.
The upper-body had been tough, but my arms didn't feel this bad immediately after the work-out ended.
I had better end up with legs that would make an angel cry, dammit.
