My Tree thanks to slodwick

I am officially moved into my new home! My parents and the movers came over yesterday morning, and since I had done a heap of box moving, it only took an hour and a half to get everything from the old crappy house to my new mortgage. (I couldn't sleep, so I got up at 0330am, and moved a heap of stuff before everyone showed up at 0830. As you can imagine, I crashed last night.)

Only thing is I can't get my TV tuned in. Which, wouldn't bother me but I am addicted to The Australian Biggest Loser, but my stereo is off getting repaired.

The boys seem to be handling the move alright so far. I only have one cat carrier, and so I could only grab one at a time. After the movers left, I went back to the old house, and Owen came right up to me. So I grabbed him, and took him to the new place.

The new house has an outside room, especailly for parties and the like, so I've set it up as the cat's room. Complete with their own lounge, as I am whipped. Not really, I had an old lounge, and I've found that they love the old one so much that they'll only use that one as a scratching post instead of my good ones. Plus, the old lounge had been in storage for about 6 years. It looks only good enough for pets. Owen has been hiding behind the seat cushions ever since I put him in there. On a positive note, he is letting me pet him, so there's hope for him yet.

It took me 6 hours to catch Marley, and put him in the room with Owen. The boys have never been apart for that long, so I think that that has contributed a lot to Owen being so fearful.

And that's that. Photos to follow once I've worked out which box I've packed the camera in.
